Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to support financial operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for analyzing manufacturing costs, maintaining accurate inventory and standard costing, supporting month-end close activities, and partnering with operations to improve plant performance and profitability. This role is also responsible for planning and controlling tooling projects with a strong focus on cost tracking, financial transparency, and budget adherence.
+ Initiate and support growth and profitability projects related to existing and new business and validate results for all productivity projects
+ Manage and track tooling projects cost and provide financial transparency related to tooling
+ Prepare monthly margin analysis and variance reports (product, customer, product group) and provide insight to business partners regarding product line and customer profitability
