Main Purpose of The Role: We’re looking for a proactive, hands on Bodyshop Paint Supervisor to join our client's team in Thurleigh. This is a key operational role where you’ll work closely with our bodyshop technicians on the workshop floor, ensuring smooth daily operations, high quality output, and a motivated, high performing team. If you bring extensive paint experience, strong technical knowledge, and the confidence to oversee a busy paint shop, this role gives you the chance to lead the core area of our bodyshop while setting the standard for quality and workflow. ...
