Corporate Service Specialist

As Nexus Solutions continues to expand its corporate and licensing services we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Services Specialist to support the Corporate Services and Licensing Department.

This role is responsible for the administration of a portfolio of international client entities ensuring timely execution of statutory regulatory and corporate compliance tasks. The successful candidate will play a key supporting role in preparing reviewing and maintaining company records preparing governance documentation coordinating with internal teams and external partners and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality and compliance standards.
