Corporate Secretarial Leader: Governance & Compliance

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an ACRA RQI / Corporate Secretarial Manager in Singapore. You will lead a corporate secretarial team, oversee Singapore-incorporated, listed, private, and offshore companies, and ensure compliance with ACRA statutory requirements.

You will handle incorporations, share transactions, capital restructuring, rights issues, and prepare board/shareholder resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents.
