• Saturate market for potential sales leads through field sales and cold calls to prospective clients
• Selling arm of the company's (including sister company) products and services to achieve sales targets
• Execute legwork and paper works necessary to close sales and turn over projects/transactions
• Liaise between Management, Construction and Business Development Departments and Customers to achieve sales objectives
• Make presentations and quotations; attend supplier, customer and bid meetings
• Participate Actively in company marketing activities (eg. Exhibitious, Sponsorships, Flyer Distribution, etc.)
• Oversee product and project delivery and execution to ensure smooth transaction and customer satisfaction
