The Corporate Recruitment Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day recruitment operations at My Mountain Mover (MMM). This role focuses on executing recruitment strategies, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening:
Manage sourcing channels and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Salesforce to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes, evaluate Predictive Index profiles, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. - Interview Process Coordination:
Schedule and conduct the initial interview with candidates and provide interview feedback.
