The role connects strategic objectives with measurable performance indicators, corporate scorecards, monthly reporting processes, and corrective improvement actions. The Specialist enables senior leaders to assess progress against business plan targets and make informed decisions, while supporting the development of performance policies, digital systems, analytical capabilities, and standardized reporting practices.
