We are currently seeking Corporate Paralegals to join our legal support team and provide support to our Fortune 500 clients. This role may require working an on‑site schedule in the Greater Toronto area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain corporate records, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and minute books to ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
- File incorporation documents, corporate registrations, and amendments with federal and provincial authorities.
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence and document preparation.
- Monitor and ensure timely filing of annual returns, corporate updates, and statutory documents with government agencies.
