Overview

WeirFoulds LLP is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join our thriving Corporate Practice Group.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior lawyers on complex corporate-commercial matters and private M&A transactions
• Take meaningful responsibility on files with regular client contact
• Contribute across the full deal cycle—from initial structuring and diligence through signing, closing, and post-closing integration
• Deliver practical, business-minded advice with attention to detail and client reporting

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience with a variety of corporate commercial matters and private M&A
• Strong technical, analytical, drafting and organizational skills
