**The Role:**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Corporate Legal & Governance Associate** to join our Corporate Governance team. The **Corporate Legal & Governance Associate** will be part of the Corporate Governance team within ICON’s legal function, providing corporate legal and governance support to business stakeholders.
