Corporate Legal Counsel (Real Estate)

Position Summary:

This candidate will help manage and support the Company’s extensive real estate portfolio focusing on development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and commercial leasing .
Position Responsibilities:

+ Assist real estate and business leaders with negotiating and drafting:

+ Construction contracts

+ Financing Agreements

+ Letters of intent

+ Purchase and sale agreements

+ Leases

+ Other pertinent real estate documentation

+ Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including professional services agreements and master service agreements

+ Draft and negotiate financing documents, including credit agreements, notes and mortgages

+ Serve as a strategic resource for business leaders; providing insight and input on real estate contractual terms, property management issues, and current regulations.
