Corporate Legal Counsel (All Genders)

Your mission

• Swiss HQ & European Operations:
  • Manage day‑to‑day legal affairs for the Swiss headquarters, including corporate governance, local board resolutions, and Swiss Commercial Register filings.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in Switzerland and the European Union, including the timely monitoring of legal and regulatory developments and the translation of such changes into internal operational policies, procedures, and implementation measures.
• Commercial Contracts & Supply Chain:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements.
  • Align contractual terms with the global supply chain and manufacturing guidelines provided by the Head of Legal.
• Cross‑Border Collaboration:
  • Serve as the main point of legal contact in Switzerland, ensuring seamless reporting and alignment on global legal strategies.
