We’re hiring a Corporate Lawyer based in Stellenbosch, South Africa to support a UK top-20 accountancy and advisory firm. This is a key role within the firm's Legal Services division and is suited for a legally qualified professional with 3+ years’ experience in corporate law and governance , who can lead a small team , manage complex filings, and work directly with UK partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and review corporate legal documentation including resolutions, share transactions, shareholder agreements, and board minutes
Oversee statutory compliance and Companies House filings for UK private companies (training provided where needed)
Lead and mentor junior staff (Legal Assistants, Company Secretarial Officers) across task execution, quality control, and client delivery
Draft and advise on documents relating to company restructures, incorporations, capital changes, and reorganisations
