Corporate Finance Manager

Description

A leadership role in Corporate Finance that involves investments, managing large projects, and a technical understanding in a variety of areas. Individually accountable for achieving results through a team over long periods.

Responsible for leading projects, or sections within major projects undertaken by Corporate Finance. Provides technical and strategic advice, project management and assistance across the business Segments, Clusters and at a Group level to execute Corporate Finance objectives. Provides a Group wide perspective as input to a project. Leverages off the skills of other key areas within Group Finance, including: Financial Reporting, Actuarial, Legal, Tax and Corporate Secretarial areas. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, using expert knowledge, problem solving capabilities and the ability to facilitate and generate ideas, solutions and decisions.
