**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Essential Functions of this Position:
+ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including NDAs, master service agreements, statements of work, service agreements, and other commercial documents.
+ Collaborate with internal business units, including finance, operations, HR, and service teams, to ensure legal alignment with strategic objectives.
+ Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues, identify practical solutions, and provide strategic guidance that aligns with business objectives.
