We have an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Actions & Meetings Coordinator to join our Issuer Services team. As a Corporate Actions & Meetings Coordinator, your role is to process investment products such as General Finance (deposit taker), Kiwibonds, ShareMart, Wholesale Issues, and Manchester Unity Fraternal Bond Redemptions. You will manage the execution of annual shareholder meetings and various corporate actions, oversee internal voting systems, process votes, prepare final reports, and attend shareholder meetings, often requiring domestic travel across New Zealand.
