+ Provide operational support for corporate action events across Mandatory and Voluntary desks.
+ Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
+ Review and process corporate action notifications, elections, and entitlements with precision and adherence to regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence and mitigate risk.
