Corporate Access Coordinator

A leading investment management firm is seeking a high-impact Corporate Access Coordinator to act as a strategic partner to its investment team in Hong Kong. This is more than coordination – you will be an extension of the investment team, drive access, optimize analyst time, and play a key role in how investment opportunities are sourced and prioritized.

What you will be doing:

·Manage complex calendars and meetings for multiple investment professionals, prioritizing meetings and travel in line with strategic priorities and time sensitivity.

·Manage global conferences, NDRs, and corporate access pipelines end-to-end

·Build and maintain relationships with brokers, IR teams, and corporates

·Improve workflows using AI tools and smarter process design

·Manage end-to-end travel, logistics, and meeting arrangement, including administrative coordination, managing itineraries, expense processing
