Copilot AI Adoption Coordinator (Microsoft 365) for energy sector, Espoo

About the role

This is a highly visible, coordination-driven role focused on change management and engagement rather than technical deployment. As the central hub for the Copilot rollout, you will work closely with IT, various business units, and an established internal Digital Point of Contact (PoC) network.

You won’t be doing this alone—external expert partners are already onboarded to handle the deep technical training and specialization. Your mission is to orchestrate these moving parts, track progress, and ensure our workforce feels supported and empowered as they adopt AI into their daily routines.
