Our Service Team in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth is seeking a Field Service Technician who is focused and enthusiastic about servicing and repairing a variety of office equipment at various customer locations within a specific geographic area.
Who You Are
You are a manufacturer-certified Copier Field Service Technician (or have equivalent industry experience) with strong technical expertise and a passion for solving problems. Experience servicing Ricoh products is preferred. You excel at diagnosing and repairing equipment, work independently with a high level of professionalism, and are committed to delivering legendary customer service. Your strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset enable you to provide reliable solutions and build lasting customer relationships.
