**Description**

**Role Overview**

Supports execution of the omni retail business across the Specialty-Multi Channel “SMC”, partnering closely with planning, account management, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate assortment setup, drive program execution, and deliver data-driven insights that enable strong in-stock performance and consistent retail execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assortment & Systems

+ Own end to end SKU setup and assortment accuracy across internal systems and retailer platforms
+ Support maintenance of door lists, new store openings, and varying assortments

Reporting & Analysis

+ Deliver consistent reporting across sales, inventory, fill rate, and promotional performance
+ Identify trends, risks, and performance drivers to inform business decisions
+ Translate data into clear, actionable insights that support growth and execution
