Coordinator, Projects Interface (Technical Projects Division)

Job Purpose

Provides interface coordination support to the Major Projects for the handover of technical documentation and respective IT systems. Includes developing procedures for current systems, recommending improvements to add value to the performance of the project sections, coordinating with external entities to provide necessary logistics, vendor support, and administration services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the development and updates of the Major Projects Group Web Sites and provides support for the preparation of the Major Projects Booklets, presentations, and media publications.
• Prepares for the final review of the Major Projects Group quarterly management meeting agenda, reports and follows up on pending actions, prepares minutes, and press releases as required.
