What You'll Do Here

• Project Execution & Tracking
  • Maintain and update project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, utility coordination, and turnover activities.
  • Track milestones, critical path items, long‑lead equipment, permits, and client or utility deliverables.
  • Monitor progress, identify delays, missing inputs, and scope coordination issues, and update the Project Manager.
  • Support execution planning, status tracking, and closeout of open items.
• Construction Coordination
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, installers, electricians, and specialty trades to align work with the current plan.
  • Ensure site teams have current drawings, installation details, delivery information, and approved technical documentation.
