Context

The Pasqual Maragall Foundation was established in 2008 to promote biomedical research for Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. The foundation operates through the Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center in partnership with Pompeu Fabra University.

The Social Services Department works to support people living with Alzheimer’s, caregivers, families and newly diagnosed individuals through programs, training, outreach, and collaborations. Digital tools are key to expanding reach and improving participant experience.
