Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities

The Coordinator, Mentorship supports mentor and mentee recruitment, matching, and relationship development nationally. Working under the guidance of the Executive Lead, Mentorship & Talent Development, the Coordinator will provide wrap around support to promote, identify and onboard qualified participants, continuously growing the mentor pool to expand program reach and impact. The Coordinator, Mentorship will support virtual matching aligned with participant goals, in demand industries/sectors, and will support all activities and events to scale the program. They will oversee mentorship data entry and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of match progress, paired engagement and outcomes.
