Coordinator, Male Success Initiative (SSP IV)

Under general supervision, the coordinator supports and leads the Male Success Initiative, supporting student growth and academic success by creating inclusive spaces where students feel safe to express vulnerability, embrace authenticity, and build community. The coordinator also plays a key role in advancing student academic, personal, and leadership development. This position is responsible for creating and coordinating inclusive, equity-driven programs that promote civic engagement, student success, and a strong sense of belonging. MSI engages students through intentional programs, meaningful dialogue, and services focused on healing from negative ideologies, promoting self-reflection, critical thinking, and empathy. The coordinator organizes initiatives that address systemic inequities, academic achievement gaps, and persistence to graduation.
