Coordinator, Crew Scheduling

We are seeking a forward thinking and results driven Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Planning to As a Crew Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the allocation of human resources within an organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the right number of employees, with the right skills, are available at the right times to meet operational needs and achieve business goals. You will utilize data analysis, forecasting techniques, and workforce management tools to develop efficient staffing plans and strategies for all seagoing Hotel, Deck and/or Engine. Position works constantly with Shipboard Workforce planners to ensure short-term planning are aligned.
