Coordinator 2, Warehouse (Receiving data)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily data entry and transaction processing for Receiving and Warehouse operations.
• Verify and ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner
• Maintain and organize filing systems for warehouse-related documents and records
• Coordinate with supervisors to monitor and support data entry activities within the Receiving and Warehouse sections
• Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing deliveries by verifying physical goods against supporting documents and Receipt Travelers
• Review, verify, and maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures and record-keeping requirements
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) as assigned by the Supervisor or Senior Supervisor
• Support inventory control and warehouse administration activities as required
