Coordination Facilitator (Domestic Violence Systems)- Moreton Bay

About the role

Mercy Community are on the search for an experienced and passionate Coordination Facilitator specialising in Domestic and Family Violence. This is a Permanent Full-Time basis based in Caboolture (covering the Moreton Bay region).

The successful applicant will provide collaboration, engagement and communication to support the safety and wellbeing of the women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence. The role will raise awareness of the Moreton Bay Domestic and Family Violence Systems Coordination (MBDFVSC) program within the community by liaising with a broad network of stakeholders who participate in or impact on the success of client plans, referrals and goals. 

Pay level $85,126 per annum (SCHADS Level 4) plus superannuation plus salary packaging available
