You will work collaboratively across departments to coordinate testing procedures, document findings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain ESD control programs and procedures in accordance with industry standards (IPC, ANSI, ISO). Ensure compliance with applicable standards at BOSCH (N55, IPC 9704 capability studies using Q-Das) and develop new process standards. Initiate actions to prevent nonconformities, identify and record all problems related to mechanical stress and ESD standards. Provide production support in solving problems that affect processes and machines related to ESD and mechanical stress. Provide support with workstation release processes for new releases and new projects. Investigate and diagnose mechanical failures in existing products, prototypes, and field returns, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
