What you’ll do:

• A. Detect, plan and coordinate the training sessions, according to the Master Training Plan and training needs, complying with the guidelines of the organization.
• B. Build up the Master Training Plan and specific matrix area according with the Training Plan Needs and Budget .
• C. Responsible of the Onboarding Process and specific staff onboarding.
• D. Design and develop training programs, in order to comply with the Master Training Plan.
• E. Responsible of external training.
• F. Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information.
• G. Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed in the Training Plan.
• H. Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
• I. Assess effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
