Summary About the position: This position is located at Papa Joes at the Eifel Lanes Bowling Center, Spangdahlem AB, Germany. This position is Monday - Sunday, days and nights; weekends and holidays. Must be physically able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs. Logistical Support may be offered for this position. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to perform a wide variety of simple cooking tasks. The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Performs a full range of cooking tasks: preparing and cooking items that required little/no processing, prepares hot cereals, broils meats, cooks soups, sauces and gravies, makes cold sandwich filling. Prepares other items such as: frozen hash browns, fish fillets and chicken nuggets. Prepares food by chopping, peeling, paring, grinding, slicing, dicing, pureeing and breading; weights and measures ingredients and portions food as appropriate.
