Roles & Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years cooking experience with Sichuan/Mala cuisine, especially with cooking Mala and Sichuan Grilled Fish.
- Ability to work independently and be responsible for sales and company matters, especially in food cost control, staff management, hygiene control and workplace safety control.
- Ability to work long hours and late evenings and weekends; 4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule.
- Job location: West area of Singapore, food court and coffee shop stall.
- Competitive salary range: $2,500–$5,000 (or 3k and above); allowance and commission will be informed upon shortlisting.
- Priority given to Singaporeans.
