+ Perform prep work for both a la carte and buffet service.

+ Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production.
+ Monitor food temperatures and ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Keep areas clean and tidy.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in food service, chef roles, and food preparation.
+ Ability to perform line cook duties and provide excellent customer service.
+ Possess a food service certification and experience in dishwashing.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must have and maintain an active Food Handler’s Card.
+ Adhere to local food handler requirements.
