Jayliano's Brookside is a family-friendly, buffet-style steak and seafood restaurant located in Mitchelton, Brisbane. We are open six days a week, including Sunday lunch, and specialise in Western and Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of Asian influence.

With over 17 years of hospitality experience operating successful buffet restaurants in the Northern Territory, we are committed to delivering quality food and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.

About the Role

As a Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes while supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of our kitchen. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about cooking, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
