Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the - Little Rock AFB, AR -Child Development Center. This position is guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours but can be scheduled to a maximum of 20-34 hours per week. Physical Effort: Light to moderate physical effort in lifting up to 45 pounds or pushing carts. Constantly standing and walking. Responsibilities Boils, bakes, fries, and broils meats, fish, and poultry by watching the item cooking; turning as required, regulating temperature, and removing when done. Adjusts standardized recipes for large quantity cooking. Maintains proper temperature for all food during holding, transport, reheating, and serving to ensure food safety. Washes and cleans kitchen equipment. Assists in training guidelines on new policy and procedures. Responsible for meal preparation/serving of all meals and snacks in specified quantities to meet Air Force requirements related to Air Force Childcare Food Programs.
