CBIZ is partnering with a growing service organization to identify a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / EOS Integrator . This individual will play a critical role in driving alignment, accountability, and execution across the business.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position working directly with the executive team to translate vision into measurable outcomes.

Position Overview

The COO / Integrator will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring teams are aligned around priorities, executing against goals, and operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
