The role will oversee day-to-day operations, corporate store performance, franchise support, supply chain, training, projects, and growth expansion to ensure sustainable and profitable scaling across the network.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and execution-driven leader with experience managing multi-unit retail, F&B, franchise, or consumer businesses at scale.
