Conveyancing Paralegal

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Johannesburg office. The successful candidate will provide support on bond cancellation matters, including distressed sales and matters arising from properties sold in execution, with exposure to registrations considered advantageous.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years conveyancing paralegal experience, with a stable employment history.
• Proven experience in bond cancellations.
• Exposure to recoveries-related cancellations involving sales in execution will be advantageous.
• Experience with bond registrations is beneficial.
• Professional, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Experience using conveyancing practice management software; knowledge of GhostPractice or similar systems is advantageous.
