Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor to join our team in Cotteridge.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a caseload ofresidential property matters from inception through to conclusion;including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, rightto buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
- Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
- To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
