Are you experienced in residential conveyancing or plot sales and looking for a role that offers flexibilit and a great team environment? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised Conveyancer to join a busy legal team supporting one of the UK’s leading housebuilders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full process of new home sales – from sending out contracts and handling enquiries to exchanging and completing.
• Working closely with sales and technical teams to keep things moving and on track.
• Helping with the sale of part-exchange properties.
• Making sure all legal checks (like AML and source of funds) are properly handled.
• Keeping reports and records up to date and accurate.
• Supporting colleagues and joining in team meetings and training when needed.
