**The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Interfaces with senior plant leadership to communicate production goals on a continuous basis.
+ Safety training, accident investigation, managing work schedules, counseling and coaching employees to exceed team goals and corrective action to address problems.
+ Responsible for the manufacturing processes and exceeding department goals through strong leadership and direction.
+ Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
