The key role of a Technician senior shall be:* Day to day execution of the Service and Maintenance in line with Company Best Practices.* Carry out service, maintenance and retrofit projects on BMS systems used for comfort and energy efficiency across large size project comprising Hospital, Retail & Commercial Buildings.* Strong Knowledge on Testing & commissioning BMS system, 3rd party integration, Programming logics, Graphics building.* Coordination with Sub contractors to get the job done for BMS installations.* Conduct planning, scheduling, directing, monitoring, controlling for uniform service execution.* Attend critical infrastructures and ensure customer satisfaction.* ...
