Tamarack Foods is seeking a skilled Controls & ENI (Electrical, Network, and Instrumentation) Technician to join our Maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated production equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with PLCs, HMIs, electrical controls, instrumentation, motor controls, and industrial communication systems in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Controls & Automation
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC-controlled equipment.
- Support and modify PLC programs as needed.
- Troubleshoot HMI interfaces and communication systems.
- Maintain and support Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
