What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in controlling, internal accounting, finance processes, or financial steering roles

  • Experience in complex international environments (SSC/GBS, multinational companies, or group structures)

  • Experience in process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Strong practical understanding of controlling processes, cost allocation methodologies, profitability analysis,...
