Controller – Sea and Air M/F

Responsibilities To deliver outstanding freight services to customers by coordinating shipments, arranging additional services, keeping customers updated on cargo progress to ensure satisfaction, working as a team to provide consistent quality, and maintaining KPI requirements and compliance. Air/Sea Import Monitor and coordinate inbound shipments for customers in line with CS SOP, GEODIS, and industry policies and procedures. Complete responsible functions as per the ISO Forwarding – Air flow chart. Complete responsible functions as per the ISO Forwarding – FCL flow chart. Complete responsible functions as per the ISO Forwarding – LCL flow chart. Maintain and communicate client schedules as per client agreements. Pricing and Tariffs Negotiate rates with carriers for customer shipments in line with procurement contracts and customer contracts to provide competitive rates.
