Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead the company’s accounting operations and provide dependable financial insight for business decision-making in Madison, Wisconsin. This role will oversee core financial activities, maintain accurate reporting, and support strong fiscal discipline across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to accounting leadership, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the month-end and year-end closing cycle, ensuring financial results are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage the general ledger and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations to maintain reliable records.
• Produce monthly financial statements and management reports that clearly communicate business performance.
