Description We are looking for an accomplished Controller to oversee accounting operations for a construction company in Houston, Texas. This position will guide financial reporting, strengthen day-to-day accounting processes, and provide leadership across core functions such as payroll, billing, and cash management. The ideal candidate brings deep construction accounting expertise and a strong ability to improve accuracy, controls, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Direct daily accounting activities across the organization, ensuring accurate execution of core functions and timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage the full month-end close cycle, including recording journal entries, completing reconciliations, reviewing accruals, and finalizing financial results.
