Controller for Growing SaaS Company

Take charge as the Controller for a thriving SaaS company generating $5–10M in annual revenue. This role offers complete ownership of finance and direct interaction with executive leadership.
Our client is seeking a Controller to spearhead accounting operations within a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee FP&A, reporting, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions while preparing financial statements. Lead a small finance team, mentor staff, and help propel the company’s growth through data-driven insights and automated processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting operations including FP&A and payroll
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Ensure SaaS revenue recognition and audit readiness
• Analyze key SaaS metrics and provide insights
Requirements:
• Current experience in the SaaS industry with CPA designation
• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
