Purpose Of the Role
Liaise with nominated shipping lines and ensure the correct export documentation management for all contracts.
Essential Behavioral Competencies
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English required, any additional languages will be beneficial)
- Organized and professional working style
Required Qualifications
- Incoterms and LC knowledge are essential.
- At least 5 years’ experience in shipping and export controller experience
- Export qualifications beneficial
- Knowledge of customs clearing and forwarding
- Experience in customer relations/interactions
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Intermediate/Advanced level)
- ERP system experience is beneficial
